Payments run through Paddle

1Retro subscriptions are sold and processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd). Paddle handles payment, invoicing, and tax on our behalf, and any refund is issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Try before you buy

1Retro has a free plan, so you can use cloud save sync and the core features at no cost before you decide to subscribe. We'd genuinely rather you try it first than pay for something that isn't for you.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with a paid subscription, email us within 14 days of your first payment for that subscription and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.

After the first 14 days

• • Cancel anytime from your account settings or the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• • We don't generally refund a period that's already underway once the 14 days have passed. But if something has gone wrong on our end, get in touch. We'd rather make it right.

Annual plans

Annual plans are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal, and the current year is non-refundable.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you subscribed with. Refunds are processed by Paddle and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, such as the EU or UK right of withdrawal for digital services. Those rights always apply on top of this policy.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, please contact us or Paddle first. We can almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback, and filing one may get your account suspended while it's investigated.
